FF Latex L

FF Latex L1 is designed to improve flexibility of cement-based materials. It is suitable for enhancing flexible two component cementitious waterproof coatings, adhesives and mortars.

The liquid helps in the improvement of

  1. Bonding strength with different substrates
  2. Tensile strength and elongation
  3. Anti-cracking capability
  4. Anti water permeability

Application

The FF Latex L1 can be used as an additive for enhancing

  1. Cement based waterproofing coatings
  2. Cement based grouts and adhesives properties in demanding applications (swimming pools, joint restoration)
  3. Mortars used for laying tiles and natural stones with the traditional `thick bed’ system
  4. Creating high quality cement based renders for applications in external areas
  5. Bonding of new and old mortars
  6. Putty

Do not use on gypsum based substrates without using a suitable FF Primer first.
